Orders:

All payment are in US DOLLARS only. All California orders will include 7.75% sales tax. CODs are not accepted. Orders may be refused for any reason. Buyers may be contacted for additional information if necessary.

Shipping:

Software is shipped USPS and may require a signature. The shipping and handling charges are $2.95 for orders within the US and $3.95 for international orders.

Returns and exchanges:

Software may be refunded for 10 days from date of purchase only if unopened. Software on defective media may be exchanged for 30 days from the date of purchase for the exact same item only.

Privacy:

This web site will not disclose Cardholder information to third
parties, other than to our Processing Bank and their agents; this
is for the sole purpose of completing a Credit Card or Online
Check transaction. We will not store any confidential information
except where we have taken appropriate industry standard
security measures to protect this information Confidential
information may be stored behind a secure firewall and/or
in encrypted form.
